This report was commissioned by the Upper North Island Strategic Alliance (UNISA, a consortium of local authorities) to determine trends in demand for merchandise trade through the Upper North Island ports, the capacity of key port and port related infrastructure to manage this demand, and to form a view of potential infrastructure investment requirements.
