A review how well the region is progressing towards achieving the twenty key 'community outcomes' prioritised by Aucklanders during the consultation process underpinning the ARC Long Term Council Community Plan 2006-2016. Key areas of focus include the health of the regional economy; public transport; affordable housing; access to education; quality of health care systems; personal safety; sense of community; quality of public spaces; and environmental sustainability.
