An in depth analysis of the availability of land to meet Auckland's future housing needs, out to 2031. This report examines housing demand growth, the land supply process, and barriers to adequate residential land supply. The challenges associated with implementing the intensification strategy underpinning the Metropolitan Urban Limit, MUL are also discussed.
