A cost-benefit analysis of the outcomes associated with the extensions to Auckland's Northern Motorway since 1991. The report concludes that the extensions have a benefit to cost ratio of 6.3. The main benefits associated with the extensions are identified as increased population and employment around motorway exits, and higher land values near exits.
