A report from the Working Group undertaking the review of Upper North Island Supply Chain Strategy, UNISCS. August 2019

This report investigates the economic, social, cultural and environmental impacts of a range of Upper North Island Supply Chain Scenarios. In May 2019 the Ministry of Transport (MoT) appointed a consortium led by Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Services Limited (EY) to perform an economic evaluation of potential Upper North Island (UNI) supply chain. This report examines the economic impact on a range of Scenarios for land-side and port investment, taking account of regional development impacts as well as transport outcomes.
