A summary of recent research and information on the Southern Initiative (TSI) area and its residents. TSI is one of two place-based initiatives prioritised in the Auckland Plan. It is an area identified as having significant economic opportunities but high social need. The Southern Initiative area covers four local boards: Māngere-Ōtāhuhu, Manurewa, Ōtara-Papatoetoe and Papakura.
